How long do orders take to arrive?

Most of the engraved items we make are custom designs from photos and personalized text.   Once we receive all the details from you we will start working on a design proof for your review.   In most cases we will have a design proof to you within one business day.   To speed things along it is important to quickly reply/approve the design proofs so we can get started with the actual engraving process.   Lighters generally take a couple business days to engrave and polish before they ship.   Wood engravings will vary depending on the size and complexity of the design, as a Christmas ornament is quicker to make versus a display/shadow box.

Orders generally arrive in 7-10 business days.   Though your order can arrive sooner than that if you approve the design proofs quickly.

If there is an emergency and you need an order faster than our normal processing time, please message us (support ticket) to see if we can rush it through for you.   We do put a priority on memorial pieces, as we know how important they are and usually needed very quickly.
